Multi-Grain Specialties
Multi-grain rice 
(GF VG VT) consists of short grain brown rice, sticky short grain brown rice, black soybean, yellow soybean, adzuki bean and green pea. 

This is a nutritious blend of grains my mother put together to control her type two diabetics.
